Richard W. Kotulski

Richard has had eight years experience working in the field of Literary Management starting his career as a Literary Intern at Portland Center Stage, in Portland, Oregon. Richard worked for six years as part of the literary team behind the Just Add Water/West Festival of new plays at Portland Center Stage. Richard served as Artistic Director of Portland Theatre Works, a new works development company, for two years before moving to the East Coast. Richard currectly serves as the Literary Programming Assistant at The Wilma Theater, as a Board Member of the Philadelphia Dramatists Center, and as a Steering Committee Member of the Philadelphia New Play Initiative.

Richard is also a professional web designer and developer who has designed numerous sites for numerous different individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Among these are sites for the Oregon Society of Clinical Hypnosis, the Queens County Women's Bar Association, and others. Additionally, Richard is the lead web developer for the redevelopment of the Philadelphia Dramatists Center's website—playwrights can now maintain profiles their own profiles, share their plays, and promote their work. Richard is the lead developer for the Theatre Alliance of Greater Philadelphia's Barrymore Awards website, which allows for secure online voting and record keeping for all aspects of Philadelphia's Barrymore Awards.
